    When I arrive for my appointment I'm greeted by a smiling, friendly receptionist, Cindy, and told that Wendy will be right with me. Even before my appointment time I'm called back by Wendy. Wendy is very professional, friendly and helpful. If I'm having any problems Wendy zeros in on the problem and has a remedy. I am very please with the customer service! Thank you Connect Hearing!
