    Laura always does a great job. She serviced my husband's hearing aids and as he is stubborn about follow-up visits, it was not easy. She cleaned and recalibrated his hearing aids and got him hearing again. I also had my hearing tested and am in need of help for my right ear. In looking at OTC aids and the help of a professional, I am willing to pay for the professional help. And Laura does an excellent job of explaining options and care to get the best experience with a hearing aid.
