    As always Melissa was very polite, cheerful, professional, and helpful. This was our first appointment with Dr. Fields. We has an issue on two new cell phones The Phonak app was installed, but our hearing aids would not work with phone calls. Dr. Fields solved the problem and set up both phones in 10 minutes. Dr. Fields and Melissa make a wonderful team. With their great customer service, they mad my wife and me very happy.
