Sean Guard, H.I.S. has been fitting hearing aids for five years and is a member of the International Hearing Society. He is passionate about improving hearing for people from all walks of life. "Getting patients connected to the people and activities they enjoy is one way I hope to make a positive impact. Hearing is my passion, and I'm fascinated by how we hear and how the brain interprets sound. Helping patients connect with their loved ones, music, and nature is my favorite part of working as a hearing care provider." The Denver area has been his home for more than 20 years. Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing classical guitar, wilderness backpacking, meditating, and raising a competitive ice hockey player with his wife.

Katie is a Doctor of Audiology passionate about helping people regain their lives through better hearing. She has 8 years of experience working as an Audiologist in Florida, and recently fulfilled a long-time dream of moving to Colorado where she now resides in Denver with her partner Peter, dogs Dave and Douglas, and cat Walter. She loves to ski, play golf, hike, paint, and write when she is not helping her patients overcome difficulties communicating. She knew she wanted to be an Audiologist at the age of 17, and is happily living her purpose today after earning her Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her Doctorate Degree from the University of South Florida. She is ready and waiting to answer all of your questions about hearing, tinnitus, balance, and hearing aids.
