    Technician was excellent and I learned much about my level of hearing. Nevertheless, there was no transition from the test to a full discussion of my comfort level with the "behind the ear" product but I was instantly guided to choose and pay for one of the three options presented. I felt rushed and pressured to accept, which I did not!
