At this time, we are only able to see those with scheduled appointments, please call us to arrange your date & time.     Directions traveling East: Head West on Highway 290 . Exit Highway IH 35 South. Head south on IH 35. Exit Slaughter Lane. Turn right onto Slaughter lane. Head west 1 mile on Slaughter lane. At the intersection of Slaughter lane and south 1st street turn left. Make an immediate right turn into the shopping center. ( Slaughter West) We are in Suite #116 on the left side of the shopping center.

    Directions traveling West: Head west on Highway 290 W toward William Cannon Dr. Turn left on FM 1826 . Go .08 miles turn left onto Slaughter Lane. Head west on Slaughter lane for 7 miles.
