Beth Bernthal, Au.D
Dr. Beth Bernthal diagnoses hearing loss and fits hearing aids and assistive devices, to help patients become more active in their daily lives through better hearing. Dr. Bernthal has spent many years in practice with Ear, Nose and Throat physicians, and has served as faculty associate and clinical supervisor in the Doctor of Audiology programs at the University of Texas at Dallas and the University of North Texas. She’s also worked in medical centers, private practices, and hearing instrument settings. Dr. Bernthal is devoted to serving patients with hearing difficulties and their families. She is committed to bringing best practices and current technology to her patients.
Dr. Bernthal earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida, and her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Audiology and Communication Disorders at Western Michigan University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice Audiology by the State of Texas. Dr. Bernthal is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology. When she isn’t at work, Dr. Bernthal enjoys family time, travel, theater, museums and sports.
